• Comprehensive Hearing Assessment
A comprehensive hearing assessment establishes the presence or absence of a hearing loss. It also determines the location in the hearing system causing the loss and the degree, or amount of loss, at different pitches.
• Hearing Device Evaluation
During a hearing device evaluation, patients are asked about difficulties they are experiencing in different environments and about their occupational and recreational lifestyle and listening needs. Recommendations for hearing devices are made based on the hearing assessment, listening needs and the patient's lifestyle.
